The Short Version
If you buy a ticket through one of our links, the platform may pay us a commission. You pay the same price you would pay on the platform directly.
We are not a museum, a ticket office, a travel agency or a booking platform. We sell nothing, take no payment and act as nobody's agent.
Who Does What
Each museum sets its own opening days, prices and rules. A ticket on this site is sold by GetYourGuide or Tiqets, often on behalf of the museum or a reseller, and the seller is named on the checkout page.
The museum decides who goes in, when a room closes and whether a time slot can move. The platform takes your payment, sends the ticket and applies the cancellation terms shown at checkout. Refunds are handled by the seller or the platform, not by us.
What Commission Does Not Change
Positions, badges and wording are not for sale. A museum with no ticket to sell gets the same space as one that earns, and its own website is linked. When a museum closes for works or a price rises, the page changes whether or not it earns.
